The Hive was built in 2014 to satisfy a demand for higher quality off-campus student housing in the La Crosse area. It is a 5 story, 41 unit building with commercial spaces on the ground floor. Each unit was equipped with modern amenities and designed to be fully furnished and move-in ready.
