The historical Wiggert Building in downtown La Crosse, WI provided the framework for this project. I was tasked with creating a retail store with a design “twist”—incorporating the aesthetic of a historical design movement while keeping the design current. I opted to create a luxury candy boutique called, Cloud 9 Confections, inspired by style elements from the French Rococo movement.
